Our Team

Dave is always striving to be the best carpenter he can be. With a passion for framing and concrete work, he operated his own company before joining Outlook in 2019. A former Team BC and Camosun Chargers volleyball player, Dave now channels his energy into hiking, fly fishing, hunting, and working towards his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He stays active to keep up with his wife and three boys, balancing his professional dedication with his love for fitness and the outdoors.
