Our Team

After a successful career as a superintendent with Outlook and as a teacher at Camosun College, Tim has transitioned his extensive skills into the drafting and design phase of Outlook’s projects. With a distinguished Carpentry Apprenticeship and a Computer Technician certificate with honors, he brings a deep well of knowledge to the construction industry. In his free time, Tim enjoys cryptic crosswords, challenging Sudokus, and blasting his favorite music—sometimes all at once. He’s also working on learning multiple languages, so feel free to strike up a conversation in Russian, Spanish, Greek, or even Hebrew.
